The esteemed medical team recently announced a new arrival: Silvia Villegas Van der Linde, MD, board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, providing care in English and Spanish. She earned her medical degree at Universidad Iberoamericana Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic and carried out her OB/GYN residency training at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago. Prior to joining AdventHealth Medical Group, she was an on-staff physician at the Mercy Walworth Medical Center in southern Wisconsin.
Dr. Villegas joins Marilyn Mayne, DO, and Mamie Rogers, MD, at the well-established practice. Dr. Mayne is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She served in the United States Air Force as a Flight Commander, Medical Director of Obstetrics/Gynecology and Major in the Medical Corps at Misawa Air Base in Japan. Dr. Rogers is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists. She earned her medical degree at Northeastern Ohio Medical University and served as the chief resident at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh.
